1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SBOTOP ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the SBOTOP platform at sbotop-play.com and all related services.

By accessing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any services provided by SBOTOP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy.

2User Eligibility

To register and use the SBOTOP platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. SBOTOP conducts periodic age verification checks, and any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be closed immediately.
• Must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of another person or a business entity.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or exclusion register issued by any relevant authority.
• SBOTOP staff, employees, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register or use the platform for betting purposes.
• The use of VPNs, proxies, or any software that conceals a user's true location is strictly prohibited.

SBOTOP reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the SBOTOP platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Your full name must match exactly as it appears on your official identification document (MyKad).
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to us.
• SBOTOP reserves the right to verify a user's identity through a KYC process before processing the first withdrawal or when cumulative withdrawal amounts reach a specified threshold.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used by another individual. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

SBOTOP accepts deposits only through legitimate payment methods recognised in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept any foreign currency or payment methods from outside Malaysia.

• The deposit and withdrawal methods used must be registered in the same name as the SBOTOP account holder.
• SBOTOP does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits received from unverifiable sources will be returned.
• SBOTOP does not charge any fees for deposits. However, payment providers may apply their own charges in accordance with their own terms.

5Withdrawals

SBOTOP is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 and processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days, subject to standard security checks.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your SBOTOP account.
• For first withdrawals or amounts exceeding a specified threshold, SBOTOP reserves the right to request identity verification (a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method).
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be included in any withdrawal until the rollover is fulfilled.
• SBOTOP reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of relevant terms.
• Withdrawals to a bank account different from the original deposit source will require additional verification for security purposes.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

SBOTOP offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

• Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement, which is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.
• The RM200 Welcome Bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Each user is entitled to claim it once for the lifetime of their account.
• Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified 7-day period, not cumulative losses over time.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
• SBOTOP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the SBOTOP Promotions page.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7General Betting Rules

All betting activity on the SBOTOP platform is governed by the following general rules, which apply across all game categories – sports, casino, slots, poker, lottery, virtual sports, and e-sports.

• Bets confirmed through the SBOTOP system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except under circumstances specifically provided for in the rules of the relevant event.
• The minimum bet is RM5 for most markets. Maximum bet limits vary by game category and are displayed within the betting interface.
• For matches that are cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours, all pre-match bets will be fully refunded to the user's account balance.
• Bets placed using unauthorised information, "inside information", or through automated processes/bots are strictly prohibited and will be voided.
• Odds displayed on the SBOTOP platform are in Decimal (European) format. Users may change the odds display format in their account settings.

8User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

SBOTOP maintains a safe and fair environment for all its users. Any conduct that goes against these values will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.

• Using bot software, auto-clickers, or any automated tools to interact with the SBOTOP platform is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players in poker or casino games to gain an unfair advantage is a serious violation.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt SBOTOP's technical infrastructure will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal sources through the SBOTOP platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• If you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account, please contact the SBOTOP support team immediately via live chat or email.

9Account Closure & Suspension

10SBOTOP's Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SBOTOP and its parent company, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.

• SBOTOP does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions. However, we will make every effort to minimise any service interruptions.
• In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, SBOTOP reserves the right to void the bet in question and refund the amount to the user.
• SBOTOP's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

11Responsible Gambling

SBOTOP genuinely cares about the well-being of its users. We believe that betting should always remain a fun and entertaining activity, and should never become a burden or a problem in your life.

We provide a range of tools to help you play responsibly. These tools can be accessed under your "Account Settings" at any time:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits – Set a maximum limit on how much you can deposit within a given period. Deposit limits cannot be increased immediately and require a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limits – Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to continue betting until the period resets.
• Temporary Break (Cooling-Off) – Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be temporarily locked and cannot be accessed during that period.
• Self-Exclusion – If you feel that gambling has become a problem, you may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This is a serious measure that will prevent you from accessing your account during the specified period.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

SBOTOP reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
